This is Christina, she is sooo sweet, she was one of the Bride's Maids, her adorable little son Caleb was the ring bearer and did a wonderful job. He is smart and handsome, I had a wonderful time chatting with him during the reception

Finally, the reception. I sat with the happy and relieved Mother and Father of the Bride! Sandy and Todd. Everything was beautiful, Todd looked so handsome in his Tux, Sandy looked beautiful all dressed up. Everything went great and the reception was a big hit, we had a wonderful time.

Such a serious face Michael, must be some intense music he is listening too! Actually he says he does it cause they are going really fast through there and trying to avoid running over IED bombs so music helps releieve the tension and creates a mental diversion of being killed any second. I guess I have to agree. Praying for his safe return home.

My Colonial Blessings Vac Cover doll, had three of these made up, two were for this wholesale order and one as a single customer order. All of this stuff went out the door today along with 6 pattern orders so I need to go full force ahead (if that is possible..LOL!) with my sewing , the show right around the corner!! All that comes to mind is..YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Celena is supposed to get started on some stitchery pillows for the show. She will be here later tonight.

The "Gang" all here!

My baby Celena, me, and Sandy at Cracker Barrel today... seems to be our meeting up place any time we travel and meet! But we have the same old stores here as everyone else does so there wasn't a whole lot of places to go that were interesting.. we all went to Albany instead of here in Moultrie. There isn 't hardly anything in Moultrie except a walmart! But gee, that Hobby Lobby in Albany had the nastiest restrooms of any public place I have seen in years!! It was absolutely disgusting in the ladies bathroom, just had been neglected for a VERY long time , the toilets and sinks were coated in filth, dirty rings all in them from not being cleaned, just horrid.

Celena, me, and Sami. The girls went to shop for a bride's maid dress and Sandy and I went to Hobby Lobby and all those interesting places(LOL). Then we all 4 met at Golden Corral for lunch, then out to the stores again. Was a nice day. Sandy and I went to the Dollar Tree, Sandy wanted me to ask the price on an item just to see if they would page some one to do a price check..LOL.. get it... Dollar tree... everything is a dollar!

Unexpected Visit!

Looks like Sandy and Samantha will be here tomorrow for the day so we are all going to Albany.. Samantha and my daughter Celena have the shopping bug so they are going shopping so I guess Sandy and I will do our thing... hit Hobby Lobby and Jo Ann Fabrics. Also the Wallly World in Albany never removed their fabric dept so we can check that out too. Might meet the girls for lunch if we can time it right. Will be a short visit but that is better than nothing!

Hard days work

I worked my rear end off today, running around here like a crazy woman. Was hot, sweating like crazy, had to stop and get a shower. Have cooked,baked, & grilled food today,cleaned and cleaned house, plus taking care of my ex.. my daughter's dad who is recovering from surgery. So he is lying up in the bed with the a/c and a fan on him all comfy, I look around and I see Miley kitty lying on her back on the couch enjoying the cool air blowing from the a/c right on her while she sleeps so good, then there is that crazy dog lying on her back sleeping on the back porch and what you can't see is a fan right there by her back legs blowing right on her! I was thinking I am so glad everyone else is so comfy while I sweat bullets and work my tail off! LOL!

Why I posted this pic I have no idea! UGH! But this is the hallway where our cabin was located. Sandy and I had a cabin to ourselves to share and the girls had another to share of their own. As Sandy said, we woke each other up snoring!! We had a nice size two bed cabin, the girls had a balcony outside their cabin and 3 beds squished into it.. I was happier with the two beds and more room!

Looking up at all the decks from a lower deck inside the main area of the Ship. There are so many shops and bands playing, comedy shows, casino, just so much going on all the time. Always live bands playing different music styles through out the ship. Was great.

The glass elevator, we must have rode on that a hundred times getting from deck to deck. It was all so colorful and beautiful. My camera memory card was full by the first day so I am waiting for Sandy to send me all the pics she took on the cruise so I can post some more! Plus she has all those pics I haven't seen yet. I must say that on the cruise I have never seen so much bare skin and bathing suit fabric stretch so many differnet directions! Was all fun though.

My oh My those ships are HUGE! I went on one almost 25 years ago and had forgotten how big they really are. Had a great time with my BFF Sandy and we enjoyed Samantha, Kaylen, and Christina's company also what little time we met up with them but we did all have dinner together everynight so that was cool. Was a great time with a GREAT freind. But I think we were all 5 of us exhausted and ready to come home by the end of the cruise..Sandy and I aren't used to the NIGHT LIFE any more that we experieneced on the cruise! Heee!! But we had a blast enjoying it.

Going to be Away! Closed August 17-22nd

Just wanted to say if you order any e-patterns from Thursday 18th - 22nd August..Monday, I will not be able to send them out until I return on the 22nd. I will be going on a Bahama Cruise!! WOOT WOOT!! Sandy and I are going on a much needed vacation, she is bringing me along with her, is that a wonderful friend or what??!!! Her daughter is going with a few friends for the bride's maid thingy so Sandy wanted to go and make sure things are okay.. crazy people out there anymore!!! Sooo, we will be old Bahama Mamma's for a few days! God Bless and hope you all have a very Blessed week and weekend!

I Won??!!!!

I actually won a Give Away from a blog! Received this adorable little Ball jelly jar with a painted snowman head on it, greenery and twigs in it, splash of mica flakes on them, homespun tie around the top, and a battery operated wax dipped candle in it. She even put the battery in so I turned it on and have been enjoying it. I set it out in the living room. Didn't want to have to wait for Christmas! It is from Denise's Kountry Patch.
